Runnersworld.com: “Hypersphere and Vyper take foam rolling to the next level”

Runner’s World is very enthusiast about the Hyperice Vyper and Hypersphere: “These are the Hyperice Hypersphere and Hyperice Vyper recovery tools. These two products are taking foam rolling to the next level with built-in motors to help out those tired muscles. On both of these, the lowest speed is more of a gentle virbration, loosening up the muscles. The as you increase the intensity, the tools really get moving to work on your muscles.”

They say the Hypersphere gives the most intense massage of both: “The Hypersphere is about the size of a softball. It has a rubberized coating outside a really, really hard ball. It’s a little bit harder, and it’s really going to work out some deep knots. It may feel intense, though, because the ball is fairly hard. If you’re a little bit more sensitive and you like the feeling of a smoother, more traditional foam roller, then the Vyper is going to be for you. There’s a foam exterior and it is gridded. It’s going to work out larger areas—your back, your quads, and other big muscles. You’re still going to get that vibration, so when you are rolling out, that vibration is going to loosen up those muscles.”
